Dinner Booking Instructions & Form

After completing the below form, a member of our team will confirm the restaurant's availability. But first remember a few things:

1) Confirm the number of people attending before completing the form.
2) Dinner/Dance tickets must be purchased in advance before a specified date.
3) Send email confirmation to bookings@ukfridays.com once all dinner/dance tickets are purchased.
4) Please advise immediately if any changes need to be made to your booking request.
5) Remember that dinner parties arriving more than 20 minutes late are subject to losing their booking.
6) If pre-orders are required, a form & the menu will be sent to you and will be made available on our website.
